Job description:
Join our dynamic team as a Linen Presser, where your attention to detail and dedication will ensure our linens are impeccably pressed, clean, and ready to impress our guests. In this vital role, you will handle the pressing and finishing of linens. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help maintain the high standards that define our service excellence. We offer a $2 bonus for employees who show up on time and attend all of their shifts. Must be able to work shifts from 2-10pm and be available on the weekends. We are all open on all holidays except Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressing machines and equipment to expertly press linens
• Inspect linens for stains, tears, or other damages
• Ensure all linens are properly folded, hung, stacked, and organized for distribution or storage
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to adhere to hygiene standards
• Assist with laundry processes as needed, including sorting, loading, and unloading machines
• Spot treat and wash linens

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dry cleaning techniques and laundry procedures is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision in pressing linens
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• No experience required, we will train, but experience is a PLUS
• Non-english speakers welcome
