Art of Drawers is expanding, and we’re looking for skilled Cabinet Installers with experience in installation and refacing.
Location: Boise and surrounding area
This opportunity is ideal for carpenters, cabinet installers, handymen, and remodeling professionals who enjoy working independently and delivering high-quality craftsmanship in customers’ homes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working independently, and wants flexibility with strong earning potential through a 100% commission structure.
Compensation & Schedule
100% commission (typically $40–$80/hour once trained)
Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time as we grow)
No cap on earnings
What You’ll Do
Measure cabinet openings for custom products
Install pull-out drawers, pantry systems, and cabinet accessories
Perform cabinet refacing (veneers, doors, drawer fronts, hardware)
Inspect materials and ensure quality installations
Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction
Maintain a clean and professional job site
What We’re Looking For
Experience with cabinet installation and/or refacing preferred
Carpentry or remodeling experience (1+ year preferred)
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Requirements
Basic installation tools (hand and power tools)
Vehicle capable of transporting materials
Smartphone and access to a computer with internet
