If so, Right at Home has the opportunity for you!The Intake Coordinator is responsible for using Right at Home services to bring value to families inquiring about home care services for their loved one.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive pay ($16.00-$18.00 an hour)Medical benefitsA great working cultureOngoing PAID training and development through our online learning systemRecognition, celebrations and great team interactions!Responsibilities:Inside Sales Representative plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.Immediately answers the phone with the express intent of improving the quality of life for the caller.Relies on empathy to learn and understand a family's care needs.Shares helpful community resources.Inside Sales Representative schedule in-home consultations and care delivery start dates.Has a successful sales track record in converting customers over the phone and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.Requirements:High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.The Inside Sales Representative is able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.Right at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
