Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive our clients’ digital success. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our creative team, working closely with internal account managers, creative directors, graphic designers, video producers, and external clients. You will be responsible for writing, creating, scheduling, and publishing social media posts across a variety of networks, managing community engagement and reputation, and overseeing the creation and execution of email marketing and paid ad campaigns. We’re looking for someone with a fresh, cool, and creative style and approach to content and writing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid ad campaigns (including paid social and SEM). Write, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms. Manage community engagement and reputation management efforts. Stage social media posts for client review and approval. Compose compelling email marketing content and design marketing automation and drip campaigns. Create, administer, and oversee paid campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver results. Analyze and report on account and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing platforms, tools, trends, and best practices. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure cohesive and successful campaign execution. Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid ad campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Positive energy, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. *This is a full-time role. *This job will not be remote. The candidate must be able to work in Red Bank, NJ.
