Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for premature infants and neonates with complex cardiac, genetic, and surgical needs
• Monitor and manage patients requiring ECMO and therapeutic cooling in a Level 4 NICU environment
• Collaborate with neonatologists and mid-level providers available 24/7 to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Float to mother-baby and labor care units to support newborns across the care continuum
• Maintain strict sterile technique during procedures and uphold the highest safety standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Cardiac STABLE certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of NICU Level 3 or 4 experience
• Previous travel experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Cerner electronic medical record proficiency
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for high-acuity neonates
• Ability to manage ventilators in collaboration with respiratory therapy
• Comfortable with Phillips telemetry monitoring
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
