• Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm schedule
• 32 guaranteed hours per week
• 90% productivity standard required for guaranteed hours
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• DPT/MSPT/BSPT from APTA-accredited program required
• 13-week assignment length
