Job Title Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Work Schedule Saturday and Sunday 3:00 pm–7:00 am Compensation Rate: $43.00–$46.00 per hour Daily Pay available $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus Benefits and Incentives Daily Pay

Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies and procedures. Review complaints and grievances from staff, making appropriate reports to the Director of Nursing. Maintain adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, equipment, etc., and notify appropriate personnel of needs. Assist in developing written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident. Make nursing/aide assignments as indicated. Encourage staff to attend and participate in outside training programs, scheduling times as appropriate. Qualifications A nursing degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long‑term care, restorative or geriatric settings. Minimum one (1) year of experience as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting. Current CPR certification.
