Business Systems Analyst

Our local government client is hiring an on-site Business Systems Analyst to support their team in Washington, DC!! Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops and conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders across various departments to understand, document, and prioritize complex business requirements and objectives.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements for development teams. Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design and build effective, scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Completed bachelor's degree
• 11+ years' experience in Power BI, Tableau and Visio process modeling projects
