Description:Experiencia en limpieza y mantenimiento, preferiblemente en hoteles.

Responsabilidad y puntualidad.
Atención al detalle.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Buena actitud y disposición para ayudar.
Organización y rapidez para completar las tareas.
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y estándares de limpieza.
Buena condición física para realizar labores de limpieza, mover equipos y suministros.
Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos.
Compromiso con mantener las áreas limpias, ordenadas y presentables.

Requirements: FUNCIONES DEL HOUSEMAN

Apoyar al equipo de Housekeeping en las tareas diarias.
Mantener limpias y organizadas las áreas comunes.
Transportar ropa de cama, toallas, suministros y materiales.
Retirar basura y mantener los carros de limpieza abastecidos.
Apoyar en la limpieza y preparación de habitaciones cuando sea necesario.
Reportar daños, desperfectos o cualquier situación que requiera atención.
Cumplir con los estándares de limpieza, seguridad y servicio.

FUNCIONES DE LA HOUSEKKEPING

Limpiar y preparar las habitaciones para huéspedes nuevos.

Realizar la limpieza diaria de habitaciones ocupadas.

Limpiar y desinfectar baños, incluyendo sanitarios, duchas, lavamanos y espejos.

Cambiar y organizar la ropa de cama y toallas.

Reponer amenidades como jabón, champú, papel higiénico y otros artículos.

Limpiar áreas comunes como pasillos, escaleras, vestíbulos y otraszonas asignadas.

Informar desperfectos o daños encontrados en las habitaciones al departamento correspondiente.

Controlar y reportar objetos olvidados por los huéspedes.

Manejar la lavandería y lencería cuando estas funciones forman parte del departamento.

Controlar inventarios de productos de limpieza, blancos y suministros.

Coordinarse con Recepción y Mantenimiento para informar habitacioneslistas, fuera de servicio o con problemas.

Cuidar la presentación y ambiente de las habitaciones, procurando que estén agradables para el huésped.
