Principal Sales Representative, SVI

Medtronic seeks a sales representative to drive growth and market share for Superficial Venous Interventions products across Dallas, Arkansas, and Memphis territories. The role combines direct account development, physician relationship-building, and product training to advance VenaSeal and Closure System adoption in hospital, surgery center, and office settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual budgets
• Prospect and build relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and cardiologists
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices
• Conduct product training and clinical education with medical staff to drive therapy adoption
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends; report insights to sales management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of sales experience
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
• Strong knowledge of venous disease treatment landscape and endovenous products
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with physicians and clinical decision-makers
• Understanding of medical device reimbursement and compliance requirements
• Territory management skills with proven ability to meet sales targets
