Area Sales & Marketing Director Silver Birch Living is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Area Sales & Marketing Director to support our Fort Wayne-area communities. In this high-impact role, you’ll help more seniors discover the benefits of affordable assisted living while building strong community partnerships and driving sustainable occupancy growth. What You’ll Do Develop and execute creative sales and marketing strategies that drive inquiries, tours, move-ins, and occupancy growth Build trusted relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, community organizations, prospective residents, and families Strengthen Silver Birch Living’s visibility throughout the Fort Wayne market Educate the community about affordable assisted living and help families understand their available options Identify new opportunities for outreach, partnerships, events, and lead generation Support community sales teams and promote consistent sales practices across the market Represent Silver Birch Living with energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for serving older adults Track sales activity, monitor results, and adjust strategies to achieve performance goals What We’re Looking For At least three years of successful sales experience in senior living preferred or the healthcare industry A proven track record of increasing occupancy, generating leads, and achieving sales goals Strong networking and relationship-building skills A customer-focused approach and commitment to advocating for residents and families Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills A creative, motivated, and results-oriented mindset The ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple communities Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Join Silver Birch Living?
