Staff Registered Nurse - NightsThe Staff Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and supervising individual patient care using the nursing process. This role requires adherence to the established policies, procedures, and guidelines, while also accepting responsibility for directing co-workers and delegating appropriate tasks.ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.Provide quality care based on individual assessments and established care plans.Educate patients and families from admission through discharge.Maintain thorough, accurate, and legible documentation of the nursing process.Notify physicians of significant observations and changes in patient status.Administer medications and perform treatments accurately and safely.Implement physician orders as written and ensure availability of equipment and supplies.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureAssociate degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.Valid RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.CPR certification required.Previous experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.ScheduleThis position requires availability for night shifts.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
