Job Summary Mammography Technologist – Mammography Beachwood. Responsible for performing breast imaging procedures with dedicated equipment for the diagnosis of breast cancer and related diseases. Provides age‑specific patient care and quality assurance for mammography services. Location METROHEALTH PARK EAST, Cleveland, OH Employment Details Type: Employee Biweekly Hours: 80 Shift: Days, 5x8 hr shifts (8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) Weekends: Rotating Call: N/A Benefits MetroHealth offers industry‑leading benefits including tuition reimbursement, professional certification incentives, medical/dental insurance, and participation in the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (OPERS). Responsibilities Performs breast imaging procedures using dedicated breast imaging equipment for the diagnosis of breast cancer and diseases. Provides appropriate age‑specific patient care. Performs quality assurance appropriate for mammography. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of the MetroHealth System. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) plus advanced certification in mammography within one year of employment. Valid Ohio Radiographer License. BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (obtained within the standard probationary period). Effective communication and good interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications One year of job‑related experience. Previous experience with computers dedicated to mammography equipment and special procedures. Physical Requirements May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to lift, pull, or push over 50 lbs. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. Sees in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hears in the normal audio range with or without correction. #J-18808-Ljbffr The MetroHealth System
