We are seeking an Entry-Level Field Technician to join our growing team in Armonk, NY. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who wants to learn from industry experts while working on exciting infrastructure, development, and construction projects throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Perform field inspections and collect project-related data at construction and development sites
• Assist with site investigations, measurements, and documentation
• Support engineering, surveying, and construction teams with field operations
• Record field observations and prepare reports using company software and mobile technology
• Conduct quality control and quality assurance checks on project activities
• Assist with GPS, survey, and mapping-related tasks as needed
• Take photographs and document project progress for clients and project managers
• Ensure projects comply with safety standards and project specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and field personnel
• Learn industry tools, technologies, and best practices through hands-on training

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Surveying, Environmental Science, GIS, Geography, or a related field
• Strong interest in field operations, construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and project documentation (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to travel locally to project sites
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or hands-on experience in construction, surveying, engineering, architecture, or environmental projects
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, GPS equipment, surveying equipment, or construction drawings
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience using tablets, mobile applications, or digital field reporting tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical equipment

Pay & Benefits

Expected Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
