2nd Shift Manufacturing Associate

A well-established manufacturing company in the shoreline area is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join their team. This contract opportunity out near Clinton, CT offers a great foot in the door!

Schedule

• Training: 1st shift for approximately 1 month
• Regular shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Pay:

$19.00/hr during 1st shift training

10% shift differential once transitioned to 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring of manufactured parts
• Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Complete hand assembly of components
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd
