Bond Accountant 2

The Office of Finance is looking for a dedicated Accountant (Bond Accountant 2) who will: Prepare schedules to support financial statement numbers for assigned bond series Prepare financial statements for assigned bond series Pay disbursements related to bond issues, Single-Family expenses & preparing trustee & banking partner letters for investment purchases Maintain database for trustee extract files & transactions, interest rates on variable rate bonds & swaps, bond paydowns & investment purchases Prepare reports used by the group, such as the month end reports from US Bank, investment & bond balance totals, remarketing & liquidity contract information For a complete description of the job duties, please read the Bond Accountant 2 position description. The Office of Finance is seeking a Bond Accountant 2 with the following minimum qualifications: 36 months training or 36 months experience in accounting. OR completion of undergraduate core program in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or public administration; AND 12 months training or 12 months experience in accounting. OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
