We are seeking to hire personnel for a Corporate Commercial Client Representative position located at the corporate office in Forest Hill, MD. This full-time, in-person employment opportunity offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development.

As a Corporate Commercial Client Representative, your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:

• Key account set-up and management.
• Third party account compliance.
• Inbound and outbound customer communication.
• Management of service schedules as assigned.
• Liaison between customer and local branch office as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

As a Corporate Commercial Client Representative, we require you to have the following:

• Office/Clerical experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in handling customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
• Outstanding multi-tasking and organization skills are a must.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite. Specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour plus sales commission opportunity. Overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given workweek.
