You will help the team produce finished hose assemblies that meet quality and productivity targets. In this role you will work onsite on third shift (11:30 PM–7:30 AM), Monday–Friday, supporting production, quality, and maintenance stakeholders while contributing to a Temp-to-Hire pathway.

• Operate hose assembly equipment and follow set-up sheets, tooling, crimp dimensions, and drawings
• Pull components to process orders and inspect tubing or hose prior to processing
• Check dimensions of hose and crimps against drawings and crimp requirements
• Perform pressure testing and complete production reports and labeling
• Maintain accurate inventory records and adhere to quality standards and 5S practices
• Detect and report problem areas or unusual conditions to the Value Stream Team Lead
• Work with maintenance to resolve equipment issues and participate in continuous improvement activities

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Willingness to complete 1–8 weeks (up to 10 weeks if needed) of on-the-job training
• Basic computer skills and ability to read drawings and set-up sheets
• Good verbal communication, math, reading, and writing skills
• Continuous attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow safety procedures

• Production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices
• Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes

$17.75/hr + $2 shift differential
