Position Overview As a Relationship Business Banking Specialist at PNC, you will work at the Kissimmee Branch located at 1818 North John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34741-3221. Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue, lead generation, in‑branch appointments, and client onboarding. Develop relationships with ecosystem partners, generate quality referrals, manage and grow business banking relationships, and ensure routine updates and follow‑up. Deliver a differentiated client experience, educate clients on financial solutions, and apply product knowledge to solve client problems effectively. Conduct lobby engagement, advise clients on financial management, and maintain risk compliance with all policies and procedures.
