Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Benefits Absence Mgt & Safety Intern to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Rochester, NY. We work with companies that offer environments for our employees to contribute, learn, and advance their career. We treat you like you are part of the family.
Job Title: Benefits Absence Mgt & Safety Intern
Work Location: Rochester, NY
Duration: 4 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Join our team for exclusive access to practical and real-world employee benefits & wellbeing! As an Absence Management & Safety intern you will gain practical insight into:
- Administrating accommodations
- Labor Laws
- Intranet Process Improvement

Skills & Qualifications:
- Junior/ Senior enrolled in an accredited College/ University - Required
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business health or related major
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Prior work and/ or intern experience is a plus!
