What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care for diverse patient populations
- Assess patient conditions and develop care plans
- Administer medications and advanced treatments as per protocol
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document medical records accurately and thoroughly
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety, and infection control protocols
- Occasionally float to other units as required
- Participate in on-call shifts and weekend rotations as needed
What You Need
- Valid Kansas or compact RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 3 years ER experience (5+ preferred)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
