• 1:4 hospital call rotation

• Covers acute leukemia patients and inpatient chemotherapy patients

Clinic Responsibilities:

• Shared clinic call for add-on consults and chemo supervision when providers are unavailable

• Documentation required for post-autologous stem cell transplant and post-CAR-T therapy patients
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
  
• What is the license requirement to bid: None/Willing to obtain WI license accepted
  
• ACLS/BLS certification - Required
