Role Description The Title Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunrise, FL. This role is responsible for performing title searches, reviewing chain of title, and clearing title issues in preparation for real estate closings. The Title Agent will coordinate and manage escrow accounts, prepare and review closing documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Daily responsibilities include communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal legal staff to provide accurate information and a smooth closing experience. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, updating files, and supporting attorneys with title-related documentation. Qualifications Strong proficiency in title-related tasks, including Title Searches and Chain of Title review. Experience handling real estate Closings, including preparation and review of closing packages. Hands-on knowledge of Escrow processes, funds disbursement, and related compliance. Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients and partners. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple files and deadlines. Familiarity with real estate law, title insurance practices, and closing regulations in Florida is preferred. Proficiency with title and closing software, as well as basic office productivity tools. Relevant experience in a title agency, law firm, or real estate closing environment; certification or licensing as a Title Agent in Florida is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
