We are hiring a Full-Time Experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential systems.

Position Summary
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of residential HVAC systems according to company standards while delivering world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, and repair of HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and boiler systems
- Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Make repair vs. replace recommendations based on system condition
- Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks
- Apply knowledge of air balancing principles and sheet metal practices
- Process job documentation accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer communication and service
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime
Schedule
- Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Overtime, evenings, and rotating on-call schedule as needed
Required Qualifications
- Technical School completion + 3 years HVAC experience (68 years of field experience may substitute for formal schooling)
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Universal EPA Certification (Required)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with residential HVAC systems
- Knowledge of sheet metal practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must possess required HVAC tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing boiler systems
- NATE Certified (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with advanced diagnostics and controls
- Understanding of air balancing principles
