Job Title: Production Lead Job Description

The candidate in this role will be responsible for leading the production team in charge of running X-Ray machines to check the quality of production builds. They will communicate with supervisors, production managers, and the HR team as needed and will handle the communication of disciplinary actions, including verbal counseling or warnings.

• Lead the production team in quality assurance using X-Ray machines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, production managers, and the HR team.
• Handle and communicate disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Ensure high attention to detail in production processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Stay organized and flexible in switching between tasks and products.
• Be outspoken and willing to ask questions if any issues arise.

• Proficiency in computer usage.
• High attention to detail.
• Blueprint reading.
• Ability to receive feedback well.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility in task management.
• Patience and effective communication.

• Experience in supervision and production supervision.
• Knowledge of quality inspection and processes.
• Familiarity with production manufacturing and assembly processes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Full benefits, volunteer time allowed, 3 weeks PTO, and HSA.

This is a fully onsite position in Appleton,WI.
