We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our team and help us continue spreading sweetness one dessert at a time.
What You’ll DoAs a Baker at DESSERTS ETC, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring every product meets our high standards for taste and presentation. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and baking a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. - Following recipes and maintaining consistency in product quality. - Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times. - Assisting with inventory management and ingredient preparation. - Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is passionate about baking and has the skills to match. Here’s what we’re looking for: - Experience: At least 1 year of commercial baking experience is required. - Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays. We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday. Both part-time and full-time availability will be considered. - Skills: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
