Role: .Net Full Stack Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Developer to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, specializing in .Net, Java Springboot, ReactJS, RDBMS, containerization using Kubernetes, and cloud services. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .Net, Java Springboot, and ReactJS.
- Implement and manage RDBMS solutions to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Utilize containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes, to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Strong experience with .Net framework and Java Springboot for backend development.
- Expertise in front-end development using ReactJS.
- Solid understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) and SQL.
- Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Understanding of security best practices in software development.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in software development or cloud technologies are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
