Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SME & Lead Developer to join an expansion of the ServiceNow team. We are mostly looking for someone to be cross-modular, with a very strong hands-on development background to be the SME for ServiceNow within Government/Defense projects.
What will you be doing:
- Collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
- Utilize your knowledge & work on projects broadly across multiple modules across the platform, as well as custom app solutions
- Assist in gathering requirements and designing ServiceNow solutions for stakeholders while focusing mainly on hands-on technical work
- Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
- Be hands-on technically, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
Experience:
- Strong ServiceNow technical development background
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong background in Scripting (JavaScript, Glidescript), Github, JIRA and PPM
- Strong with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- ServiceNow certifications desirable - CSA, CAD, CIS etc...
