Sustainability Analyst
Jerico Plastic Industries Inc
Jerico Plastics is seeking a detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to drive our efforts in reducing environmental impact while maintaining operational efficiency. This role will work closely with our research, production, and compliance teams to develop strategies that align with corporate sustainability goals and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Analyze and report on the environmental impact of our plastic production processes. Research and implement sustainable materials and recycling innovations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Collaborate with R&D teams to develop eco-friendly plastic alternatives. Track and optimize energy and resource consumption across manufacturing plants. Assist in developing corporate sustainability reports and carbon footprint assessments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in sustainability analysis, manufacturing, or compliance. Knowledge of circular economy principles and sustainable supply chain management. Familiarity with life cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Excellent communication skills for presenting sustainability initiatives to internal stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
