Position: RN Home Health - South Portland, ME (Local or Traveler)

13 weeks

Mon -Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week


Primary coverage in the greater Portland, MA areas (30 mile radius)

On-call info: On-call required if requested- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs
Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required


Qualifications & Skills:

• HCHB, OASIS, and Home Health experience - Required
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software experience - Required
• OASIS experience - Required
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
• CHPN certification - Preferred
• Proof of current CPR certification - Required
• Current driver's license - Required
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
• 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
• 2+ years Home Health experience - Required

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Preferred
