CNC Operator - 3rd Shift

Penmac Staffing is hiring a CNC Machine Operator (3rd Shift) for a growing manufacturing company in the Brainerd area. Requirements for the CNC Machine Operator Previous CNC experience required Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and work orders Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and willingness to work overnight hours Manufacturing, woodworking, or powder coating experience is a plus CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities Operate and monitor CNC machines to meet production goals Load and unload materials and finished products Perform routine quality checks and measurements Make minor machine adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly Schedule & Pay for the CNC Machine Operator Full-time, Monday–Friday 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM $20.00–$22.00/hour based on experience Additional 10% shift differential for 3rd shift Overtime opportunities available, with extended hours from 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM as needed Stable, year-round position This CNC Machine Operator role offers a quieter overnight work environment and consistent hours for those who prefer working nights.
