About the Role
UG Group Financial is seeking a driven and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Eau Claire, WI . In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales within a designated territory, cultivating lasting client relationships, and achieving individual sales targets. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory sales goals
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to support client growth
- Conduct market research to stay informed of trends and opportunities
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Territory Sales Manager or similar sales role
- Proven ability to craft client-focused, effective solutions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
