Digital Graphic Design Technology Associate Instructor Position at Tennessee College of Applied Technology Northwest in Ripley, Tennessee. Full‑time. Responsible for instruction in digital graphic design, marketing, social media, digital advertising, and related business applications. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or degree, or higher‑level post‑secondary credential in Digital Graphic Design, Marketing, or related Business areas of study. Minimum three (3) years of work experience in Digital Graphic Design, Social Media Management, and Marketing. Working knowledge of graphic design methods and special applications in marketing, social media animation, business analytics for social media, and business operations. Knowledge of digital graphic design, marketing, infographics, social media graphics, website development and related software programs and products. Knowledge of basic marketing principles used in social media and online business operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of integrating audio/visual instructional tools into classroom delivery. Ability to maintain accurate student records and grade reporting in a digital learning environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both secondary and post‑secondary students. General Duties Deliver instruction for teaching all courses in the Digital Graphic Design program. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Digital Graphic Design program. Develop relationships with business and industry professionals that use Digital Graphic Design programs, products, and strategies in their business plan. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with students, faculty, administrative staff, and the public. Monitor and evaluate student progress in the program. Actively participate in student recruitment and engage regularly with businesses in the Digital Graphic Design industry. Perform related tasks and other duties as assigned.
