What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and evaluations utilizing the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans for patients and residents with specialized needs • Provide medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education, and counseling to patients and caregivers • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system • Support quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and organizational service excellence standards • Contribute to account revenue and operating profit through implementation of nutrition services

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Current state licensure/certification as required • Completion of an ACEND-accredited dietetic internship • Clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred • Familiarity with EMR systems and nutrition documentation practices • Ability to attend required virtual EPIC training and complete HMH competencies prior to receiving EMR access • Ability to meet compliance requirements • Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
