Responsibilities include:Lead water damage mitigation and structural drying projectsPerform mold remediation following company procedures and industry standardsComplete crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and foundation crack repair projectsSet up and monitor drying equipment, HEPA air scrubbers, containment systems, and specialty equipmentTrain and mentor Restoration Technician I team membersEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standardsCommunicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and project managersTroubleshoot jobsite challenges and assist in developing solutionsComplete accurate project documentation using company softwareMaintain company vehicles, equipment, and jobsite organizationRepresent AdvantaClean professionally on every projectWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for experienced technicians who take ownership of their work and enjoy helping others succeed.
