ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation (including analysis) of weekly and monthly business performance reports for the Management and Sales teams. Performing analysis on operational data. Forecasting and planning (budgeting). Working directly with VPs to provide operation support in the form of analysis and reporting. Identification of relevant controlling topics; further development of key performance indicators and processes, and coordination of the implementation of measures. Comment on monthly and quarterly reports to Management. Providing comprehensive overview over development and trends. Ensuring that an active and robust support structure is in place with reliable and timely information. Merger and acquisition support. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in FP&A and controlling. Proven experience in FP&A and controlling, including initiating and implementing of controlling programs. Profound knowledge in the field of controlling, planning & budgeting, and analysis & statistics; Advanced knowledge of Asset, Risk, and Productivity Management Excellent presentation technique and skills. High-level ability in areas of Analytics, Initiative, Result and Quality Orientation, as well as Strategic Judgment. Power Query knowledge preferred.
