You'll coach your team, hold the floor, and make sure every guest walks away thinking that was awesome. THE ROLE The Front of House Supervisor leads the team in delivering a best-in-class guest experience every shift. You'll handle general operational responsibilities like opening, closing, and managing the flow of the venue while making sure none of that ever gets in the way of taking care of the guest. You'll coach your team, uphold service and safety standards, and step into whatever the business needs to run at its best. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events , and high-volume seasons.
