ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1997 and bring over 35 years of insurance experience to the table. Over the years, I’ve built an office focused on stability, relationships, and creating a workplace where people can build long-term careers.

I’ve been married for 29 years and have three kids. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. We even have a pet-friendly office, which adds to the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere we’ve created.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Scott Queen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
