Pay Up to $30.00 per hour Job description: Position Welder Shift 2nd Shift (Mon - Thurs 3:30 pm - 2:00 am) Pay Up to $30/hr (depending on experience) Start Date As soon as possible Location Wabasha, MN Benefits Generous paid time off program, 401k matching, 12 weeks paid leave for the arrival of a child, as well as health, dental, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance. We are seeking a skilled experienced Welder to join our team on 1st shift. Duties Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Perform various welding techniques and equipment Operate power tools such as grinders, saws, and drills Utilize FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding. Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements Rig and move materials Fill out proper routing information, tags, counts, and other forms as applicable. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role Proficient in a variety of welding techniques and equipment Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation Knowledge of FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements Ability to rig and move materials What We Value Integrity: We do what's right, every time.
