Maintenance Technician
$31 - $34 per hourManpower
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Ludlow, VT
Pay Range: $31-$34
Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday. Some hours on Fridays for projects / preventive maintenance tasks that can’t be done with the equipment running.
What's the Job?
- Perform preventive maintenance on various production equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Develop and refine preventive maintenance procedures for machinery
- Properly maintain automation equipment and associated machinery to designed standards
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair defective circuitry and electronic components
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase equipment and control circuits
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and basic PLC programming for troubleshooting
- Proficiency with basic power tools, volt meters, and test/measuring equipment
