Computer Support Specialists

Overview We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and virus scans. Keep track of all customer interactions and resolutions in our database. Requirements Indian national with a valid biometric passport. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred). Strong problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting techniques. Salary $1000 per month, negotiable based on experience. Location Washington DC, United States. Remote work may be available depending on the candidate's location.
