Job Full Description We are actively recruiting for an Assembler for a manufacturing company in Harvard, MA. The responsibilities will be to assemble and test mechanical and electrical subsystems and components - training provided. Responsibilities:

- Assemble various products / follow assembly procedures, resulting in less than 1% of reworks/returns through testing process
- Maintain high quality soldering standards
- Visually inspect parts during assembly
- Notify supervisor of defective parts or assembly issues
- Verify parts are correct in the build
- Recommend improvement and implement changes in assembly procedures
- Sand circuits for assembly, as needed
- High School or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of 6 months assembly, with soldering experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and hand/eye coordination
