Associate Attorney

Role Description We are seeking a Full-Time New Jersey -licensed attorney to join our Toms River office, with flexibility for some remote work. The position involves a wide variety of community association related matters, including general corporate counseling, collections, litigation, attendance at board meetings, public speaking, and court appearances. Candidates must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively with fellow attorneys and paralegals. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in New Jersey (or eligibility for prompt admission). Valid license to practice law in New Jersey. Proficiency with legal research. Excellent writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Legal Drafting and administrative tasks within a busy law office environment.
