Registered Nurse - Weekend SOC - Senior Living Visits

Position Overview BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend SOC (Admissions) for a per diem opportunity throughout Baltimore County, Carroll County and Harford County, MD. This per diem position services clients within senior living communities – it’s home health without the typical home health commute. Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. One year of prior clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse is required. Current home health and oasis experience are required. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with the patient’s needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and properly document doctors’ orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland. At least one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as indicated by transcript or diploma. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills; preference for experience with electronic medical records (EMR). Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Base Pay $55.00–$64.00 per point, depending upon qualifications.
