RTX is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Supplier Quality Manager in Andover, MA to lead a team of Manufacturing Supplier Quality Engineers and drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across suppliers and production lines. You will oversee root cause analysis, CAPA, and data-driven improvements, while coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and program leaders to meet top priorities and metrics.
