As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor interactions. You will communicate professionally, provide outstanding customer service, and use technology as needed while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven team culture.

Pay Rate: $15.12 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage production environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting entries and departures in accordance with site procedures.
• Identify and report unusual conditions, damaged property, or policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
