Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, public spaces, event areas, and back-of-house facilities Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces Set up and break down facilities for events, including arranging furniture, equipment, and other event-related materials as needed Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to the appropriate personnel. Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Previous custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred but not required Experience working in large public venues, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial facilities is a plus. Skills and Abilities Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
