At All Ways Caring HomeCare, we urgently need compassionate Caregivers to deliver individualized care to our clients in their homes. We're actively recruiting DifferenceMakers who are passionate about making an immediate impact and thrive in rewarding caregiving roles.

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year of prior caregiver experience necessary. Orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check

Physical Requirements:

• Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Talk and listen
• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
• Lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to type on a computer keyboard
• Noise may be moderate to loud
• Temperatures in home-like or office settings may vary

Salary Range: USD $13.50 - $14.00 / Hour
