In this on-site role, you will evaluate and treat medically complex and post-surgical patients, design evidence-based care plans, and collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and rehab teams to optimize mobility, safety, and recovery. You will educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and document thoroughly in the EMR.
