Remote NP: Addiction Medicine & MOUD Care

Boulder Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to deliver medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a 100% remote outpatient setting. As an NP, you will independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.
We require an active NP license and at least 6 months of independent outpatient prescribing experience. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week W2 position with a HIPAA-compliant private workspace and all
